By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, candidates, and client partners across the PROPELLIX platform.
Scope of Services PROPELLIX operates as an international career launchpad, talent mobility facilitator, and global sponsorship ecosystem network. We provide profile assessments, documentation review, ecosystem registration, and sponsorship matching services.
- Facilitation Role: PROPELLIX acts strictly as a service facilitator connecting global talent with third-party sponsor partners and employers.
- No Employment / Sponsorship Guarantee: PROPELLIX is not a direct employer or visa-issuing immigration authority. All final decisions regarding interviews, employment offers, and visa/Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issuance remain solely with third-party partners and relevant government immigration authorities.
Program-Specific Terms & Conflict Resolution Certain services or specific initiatives operated under PROPELLIX (such as PermitASSURE, Direct Sponsorship Support, UK Fast Settlement ) may require you to sign specific onboarding forms, agreements, or fee schedules.
- These General Terms of Service shall be read together with any specific service or onboarding form you execute.
- In the event of any direct inconsistency between these General Terms of Service and a specific program form or signed contract, the specific terms set out in that program form/contract shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Onboarding Fees: Initial onboarding, profiling, assessment, and ecosystem registration fees are administrative costs covering work performed and resources deployed immediately upon signup. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific agreement, onboarding fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Success/Placement Fees: Any subsequent facilitation or outcome-based fees (such as direct sponsorship facilitation fees) become payable strictly according to the schedule set out in your program-specific terms.
- Payment Gateways: All online payments must be completed through authorized PROPELLIX platforms or payment portals (e.g., services.propellix.org).
User Obligations & Accuracy of Information
You warrant and undertake that:
- All CVs and documentation provided to PROPELLIX are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You will promptly inform PROPELLIX of any material changes to your status, contact details, or eligibility.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Proprietary Content: All contents on www.propellix.org, including logos, forms, structures, text, graphics, and underlying code, are the intellectual property of PROPELLIX. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or transmission of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- Data Confidentiality: PROPELLIX treats candidate personal and professional information as confidential, using it strictly for profile assessment, matching, and platform operations.
Limitation of Liability : PROPELLIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the website or inability to secure employment, visa approvals, or sponsorship through third-party entities.
Modifications & Governing Law
PROPELLIX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
