Our refund and returns policy depends on the service you have booked with us. The consultations are completely non-refundable, while we offer partial refund for the complete onboarding and support Program towards Visa sponsorship. This happens post the Interview + Sponsored Job consultation if the jobsekker chooses to onboard. Refund is partial depending on the service level agreement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
